LEGAL DISCLAIMER, PARTICIPANT CONTRACT RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNITY OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

This Participant Contract and Release, Waiver and Indemnity of Liability Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) is entered into by me (hereinafter the “Participant”) and Arthur Danziger and/or Arthur Danziger Life Coaching (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Arthur”).

I understand and acknowledge that Arthur does not provide medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical or mental health advice. If I have been diagnosed with a medical or mental health condition, I will continue to seek advice and treatment from my qualified healthcare provider(s). I understand that life coaching is not a substitute for professional and/or licensed medical or mental health care. All content and coaching during my coaching sessions with Arthur, as well as in Arthur’s seminars/webinars or any other advice or information Arthur provides on his website, or in seminars, webinars or in other interactions (hereinafter the “Content”) is for informational and educational purposes only. I agree and accept that I am responsible for my own actions and decisions. Arthur will not and cannot be held liable for any actions or decisions made by me based on the Content provided during Arthur’s coaching sessions or on his website or in his seminars, webinars or other interactions. I agree and accept that Arthur will not be liable for, nor will not take any responsibility for the results of any actions and any harm or damage I may suffer as a result of the use or non-use of the information available on Arthur’s website or any content from Arthur’s coaching sessions, seminars/webinars or other advice or information provided by Arthur. I will use my judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any action and before implementing any plan or practice suggested or recommended on Arthur’s website, coaching sessions, or in Arthur’s seminars, webinars, or any other advice or information provided by Arthur.

I agree and accept that Arthur Danziger, as a life coach, and/or Arthur Danziger Life Coaching will not treat any condition for which I have received a mental or medical diagnosis.

This disclaimer reinforces that life coaching is distinct from medical or mental health care and emphasizes my responsibility to seek appropriate professional help for diagnosed conditions.

This statement clarifies the distinction between life coaching and professional medical or mental health care, ensuring that I am aware of the limitations of life coaching services.

Confidentiality and Group Setting

While confidentiality is respected, please understand that in a group setting, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by Arthur. You are responsible for your own level of sharing and are encouraged to speak only to what you are comfortable disclosing.

Recording Notice

This seminar may be recorded by Arthur only. Participants are not permitted to record any portion of any seminar. If recorded, it is for internal reference or educational content (you will be informed in advance). If you do not wish to be recorded, you may attend with video/audio turned off or contact the facilitator.
